Introduction :

Kerala has seen a wide plethora of construction activities in the last decade. While there has been several marquee projects which have enhanced the beauty of the landscape, there have also been myriad project delivery issues which have troubled customer segments. Broadly these are problems related to

• Lack of project management competency
• Assurance on the Quality of the finished product
• Lack of a preventive maintenance mindset
• Lack of technical expertise to manage complex construction challenges
• Lack of effective site management - man power and material
• Lack of robust construction management metrics

Having noticed a clear gap in these areas, Our team decided to form SAMASHTI CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT and CONSULTANCY Pvt. Ltd, focusing on all these aspects. The leadership team with extensive experience and the capability in these areas, has an important blend of strategic orientation along with mission critical implementation skills.

Since the time of its inception, from January 2012, SAMASHTI Construction Management and Consul-tancy Pvt Ltd., has made steady progress through execution of handful of activities (mainly Residential), delivered on time or is progressing as per plan and schedule. Our core belief and objective is to cultivate customers and thereby create a solid client base for a lifetime and be the 'top of the mind' construction management player .
